Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised in-store consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through live demonstrations, application techniques and clear advice to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and effective client follow-up.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure a clean, organised, and visually compelling sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and category knowledge to provide up-to-date recommendations.
- Contribute to an inclusive team environment by supporting colleagues and fostering a welcoming experience for all clients.
- Adhere to company policies and ensure a safe, secure shopping environment for clients and the team.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or another customer-service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product education.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum shift requirements.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail or client-facing experience preferred. Demonstrable ability to provide excellent service and develop client relationships is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, beauty or retail certification is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20.50 per hour.
