Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise through on‑floor education, demonstrations and hands‑on application of makeup and skincare.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, timely advice.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals, conversion metrics and other key performance indicators.
  • Maintain store standards: support merchandising, inventory tasks, visual presentation and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
  • Promote an inclusive, team‑oriented atmosphere and adhere to company policies that ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client‑facing experience with demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to quickly learn and share product knowledge and beauty techniques.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; punctual and reliable attendance.
