Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Educate and empower clients through demonstrated product expertise and beauty knowledge
- Monitor trends and maintain current knowledge of beauty products, techniques, and industry developments
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators
