Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends
- Drive sales performance and achieve key performance indicators while maintaining Sephora's service standards
- Support store operations by managing inventory, merchandising displays, and maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and promote a welcoming shopping experience
- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure retail environment
- Maintain flexibility and reliability across peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
