Sephora seeks a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor in Lake Buena Vista, FL (Disney Springs) to deliver personalised consultations and drive sales. $18.00–$20.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised in-store beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and perform product demonstrations to educate and empower clients.
  • Drive sales and achieve individual and store KPIs through proactive client engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, organise stock, support inventory management, and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches, and category techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Uphold Sephora’s operational, safety and customer service policies to ensure a secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively within the store team to foster inclusivity, open communication, and shared goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing settings.
  • Passion for beauty, makeup, skincare and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident public-facing presence.
  • Reliability with flexible availability for nights, weekends and holiday peak periods.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
