Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches, and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Support inventory control, merchandising standards, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.

Qualifications
