Sephora seeks a Part-Time Beauty Advisor in Lake Buena Vista, FL — hourly role $18.00–$20.50/hr providing personalized beauty consultations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and bespoke product recommendations that address individual client needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate and explain product usage, ingredients and application techniques to educate and empower clients.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client follow-up.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory replenishment and ensure a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and treatment techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative atmosphere; contribute to team objectives and uphold company policies and safety standards.
  • Meet scheduling requirements, including availability for nights, weekends and holiday peak periods, and maintain punctual attendance.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred; demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Genuine passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through product selection.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Reliable availability for the minimum weekly shift requirement for part-time roles (15–29 hours) and peak retail hours.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
