Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, product benefits and newest launches.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and other key performance indicators.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.
  • Monitor beauty trends and competitor activity to keep client advice relevant and compelling.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative store culture and adhere to company policies to provide a safe shopping environment.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing role demonstrating excellent service and client relationship building.
  • Passion for beauty, current trends and product knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident in consultative selling.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and work peak retail hours.

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 22.90 per hour.
