The Beauty Consultant recommends cosmetics, drives sales, builds customer relationships in line with Sephora Attitude and maintains product displays. The role is a permanent 3/4-time position at Serenada in Kraków, with availability needed for 2–3 selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend cosmetics suited to customers’ needs.
- Drive active sales and achieve sales targets.
- Build customer relationships through service aligned with Sephora Attitude.
- Maintain product displays, including cleanliness and replenishing shelves.
Qualifications
- Builds customer relationships easily.
- Has knowledge of and interest in the beauty industry, new products and current trends.
- Works effectively in a team and pursues team goals.
- Has sales or customer service experience.
- Is fully available to work, particularly on 2–3 selected Saturdays and on trading Sundays.
- Communicative English is an advantage.
- Makeup application experience is an advantage.
