The Beauty Advisor at Sephora delivers personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations, shares product expertise, supports sales goals, and helps maintain an inclusive, welcoming store environment. This is a permanent, part-time role; part-time scheduling is 15–29 hours per week, with availability required for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Keep current with beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
- Promote an inclusive, open culture and collaborate with the team.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours; be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays; maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
