Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and trends
- Monitor and share knowledge of current beauty products, trends, and innovations to provide relevant advice
- Drive sales performance and key performance indicators through expert consultations and recommendations
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented culture and promote Sephora's values of openness and empowerment
- Uphold company policies and contribute to a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience

Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, or client-focused customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
