Sephora Canada seeks a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor in Kitchener, ON. Hourly role (CAD 18.20–21.40) focused on client consultations and retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs and drive client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate product expertise through hands-on demonstrations and education that empower clients in their beauty routines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, new product launches and category innovations to provide relevant advice.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Support inventory management, merchandising and keep the sales floor clean, organized and visually compelling.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora Canada policies and customer service standards.
- Maintain flexible availability for retail peak periods including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a demonstrable ability to build strong client relationships.
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics and current industry trends with the ability to translate product knowledge into recommendations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable delivering product demonstrations.
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work in a goal-driven, fast-paced retail environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Experience
Entry-level position; previous retail, hospitality or client-focused experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology or beauty-related certification is an asset.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, with easy access to Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.20 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
