Sephora in Kissimmee, FL is hiring a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized consultations and drive sales (USD $18.00–$20.50/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty services and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and routines.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new launches and competitor activity to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance and meet assigned KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Maintain store standards: merchandising, inventory support, cleanliness and visual presentation.
- Contribute to an inclusive team environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
- Work scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet minimum weekly hours for the role.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience demonstrating excellent service and relationship-building.
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics and current trends with a desire to educate and empower clients.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and flexibility to work retail peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment is preferred and will support success in the role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetician credentials or beauty certifications are a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Kissimmee, Florida, USA, with easy access to Orlando.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20.50 per hour.
