Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-to-one consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product knowledge across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools; provide application techniques and product demonstrations.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual KPIs and contributing to store targets.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory control and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and visually compelling.
- Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and brand initiatives to keep client advice relevant and compelling.
- Foster an inclusive, client-first atmosphere and collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive team culture.
- Adhere to company policies, loss-prevention procedures and create a safe, welcoming shopping experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and educating clients to build confidence and loyalty.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable conducting personalized consultations.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Experience
Entry-level: previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Kissimmee, Florida, USA, with easy access to Orlando.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20.50 per hour.
