Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Kingston, Ontario, for a permanent position requiring 15–29 hours per week. The role delivers tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations, supports sales goals and store presentation, and requires availability for nights, weekends and holidays; compensation is CAD 19.20–22.60 per hour, with final pay depending on qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Stay current with beauty products, techniques and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming environment.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered and contribute to teamwork.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours.
- Be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends and holidays.

- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality or client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends and empowering confidence.

- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
