Sephora Canada Beauty Advisor position in Kingston, ON — full-time retail role with CAD $19.20–$22.60/hr, bonus eligibility, and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with individual client needs
- Educate and empower clients through demonstration of product expertise and knowledge sharing
- Monitor emerging beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant and timely recommendations
- Exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through effective client engagement
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized store environment
- Promote an inclusive, welcoming culture where all team members and clients feel empowered
- Uphold Sephora Canada policies and standards to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics trends, and client empowerment
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Experience
