Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor for its King of Prussia store on a permanent basis. The role delivers tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations, supports sales goals, inventory, and merchandising, and helps maintain an inclusive, welcoming store environment. Part-time schedules require 15–29 hours per week, including availability for peak retail periods, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
- Stay current on beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Promote an inclusive culture in which everyone feels empowered, and contribute to teamwork.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours.
