Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one‑to‑one client consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual beauty needs.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and educate clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance techniques and ingredients.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow‑up.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, inviting sales floor.
