Sephora is hiring a Beauty Advisor for a 75% part-time, open-ended position at Echo Kielce in Kielce. The role involves recommending cosmetics, driving sales, building customer relationships in line with Sephora Attitude and maintaining product displays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend cosmetics suited to customers’ needs.
- Drive active sales and achieve sales targets.
- Build customer relationships through service aligned with Sephora Attitude.
- Maintain product displays, including cleanliness and replenishing shelves.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of and interest in the beauty industry, new products and current trends.
- Ability to work as part of a team and pursue team goals.
- Availability to work the stated schedule, particularly two to three selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.
- Communicative proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Makeup application experience is an advantage.
