Sephora Beauty Advisor (Flex) in Kennesaw, GA – Part-time, $18–$20.50/hr, flexible scheduling 4–14 hours weekly.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations aligned with individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and benefits
- Stay informed on emerging beauty products, trends, and techniques to provide relevant, timely advice
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators while maintaining client satisfaction
- Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized shopping environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and promote Sephora's values of belonging and diversity
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable client experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment with demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build strong client relationships

Experience

Education
