Sephora Canada is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Kelowna, BC. Hourly pay CAD 18.85–23.55; client-facing, trend-driven retail role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients on application and routine.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding daily and weekly KPIs and conversion targets.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory tasks and ensure the selling floor is clean, organised and inviting.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and techniques to offer relevant advice and upsell opportunities.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety standards to create a secure and enjoyable shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous client-facing retail, hospitality or service experience with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and brand storytelling with a strong desire to help clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.85 to CAD 23.55 per hour.
