Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
  • Stay informed about the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
  • Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement.
  • Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all clients.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment with a proven ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships.
  • A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering client confidence.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Beginner level experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment is required.
