Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques and application methods
- Stay current with the latest beauty products, trends, and innovations to provide relevant and expert advice
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators through effective consultations and client engagement
- Maintain store appearance by supporting inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring a clean and organized shopping environment
