Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients about beauty techniques and product benefits
- Monitor industry trends, new product launches, and beauty innovations to provide current and relevant advice
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by Sephora
- Maintain inventory accuracy, execute visual merchandising standards, and ensure a clean and welcoming store environment
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, supporting colleagues in a collaborative setting
- Uphold company policies and create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all clients
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, or client-focused service experience with demonstrated excellence in customer relations
