Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs and build long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate product expertise and perform live demonstrations to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client follow-up.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure a clean, organised and welcoming sales floor.
- Remain current on beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant, informed advice.
- Foster an inclusive team environment and uphold Sephora’s operational policies to ensure a safe, secure shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional client service in retail, hospitality or other client‑facing environments.
- Passion for beauty, trends and educating clients; strong desire to develop product expertise.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Reliable availability for required weekly shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role. Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred and candidates should be able to demonstrate strong customer service and sales aptitude.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
