Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor at its Zona Rosa store in Kansas City. The role delivers personalized consultations and product recommendations, supports sales goals, inventory and merchandising, and helps maintain an inclusive, welcoming shopping environment. Part-time hours are 15–29 per week, with availability during peak retail operations required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Stay informed about current beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work toward exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
