Sephora Beauty Advisor position in Jinan, China – retail sales and customer service role in selective distribution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation on makeup, skincare, and fragrance products while delivering exceptional customer service aligned with Sephora principles
- Maintain professional appearance and attire per company standards; conduct transactions in accordance with POS procedures and promotional policies
- Understand short- and long-term store sales targets and key performance indicators; work collaboratively to achieve team objectives
- Attend and complete mandatory company training programs and assessments; participate in brand and regional training sessions
- Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards within assigned zones; replenish inventory and ensure cleanliness of shelves and testers
- Execute proper receiving, returns, and inventory audits; apply first-in-first-out (FIFO) principles to minimize product obsolescence
- Execute cash handling procedures and CRM policies to ensure accuracy and store security
- Comply with all company policies and fulfill additional responsibilities assigned by store management
