Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations tailored to each client.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through in-store demonstrations and one-to-one consultations to educate and empower clients.
- Meet and exceed sales objectives and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory tasks and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
- Keep current with beauty trends, new product launches and category knowledge to provide relevant advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture, adhering to Sephora policies to maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a similar service environment preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain product and brand knowledge.
- Reliable availability for retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships is valued.
