Sephora is hiring a Beauty Advisor (part-time, Flex) in Jacksonville Beach, FL. Customer-facing retail role, $18–$20.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, client-focused beauty consultations and product recommendations across fragrance, skincare, and colour categories.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, regimen building, and new launches.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and conversion of walk-in traffic.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory control, and ensure a clean, organized client environment.
- Work collaboratively within the store team to foster an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere and uphold company policies and security standards.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or a beauty environment preferred.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays; must meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative, service-oriented approach.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and share product knowledge quickly; team-player attitude.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-service experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate strong service orientation and the ability to build client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology or beauty certifications are advantageous but not required.
