Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and application techniques to educate and empower clients in their beauty routines.
- Drive sales performance and meet individual and store KPIs through proactive client engagement and up‑selling.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and visually appealing.
- Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant advice and demonstrations.
- Uphold company policies and contribute to a safe, inclusive and welcoming shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; must meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time roles.
- Previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience preferred; demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product innovation with a quick aptitude for learning technical product details.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform active retail duties throughout a shift.
