Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
  • Stay informed on the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales results by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
  • Uphold Sephora's standards by following company policies and ensuring a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships.

Skills

Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Beginner level experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
