Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized in-store consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s beauty needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients on application techniques and regimen building.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and category knowledge to provide relevant advice and drive repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client follow-up.
  • Support merchandising, inventory accuracy and visual standards to maintain a clean, organized and on-brand sales floor.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented store culture and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred; demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Passion for beauty and trends with strong product curiosity and desire to learn.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
  • Reliable availability for nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Experience
