Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Educate clients on product benefits, ingredients, and application techniques to empower confident purchasing decisions
- Monitor and maintain current knowledge of beauty trends, new product launches, and seasonal collections
- Achieve or exceed established sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling
- Support inventory management, product merchandising, and visual displays to maintain an organized, welcoming retail environment

Qualifications
