Sephora Indianapolis (Glendale Town Center) is hiring a Part-Time Beauty Advisor in Indianapolis — hourly pay $18.00–$20.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and benefits.
- Stay current on beauty trends, launches and category innovations to provide relevant advice.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and maintain an organized, visually appealing store environment.
- Uphold company policies and contribute to a safe, inclusive and welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Demonstrated teamwork in a collaborative, goal-oriented setting.
- Availability for scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly hours for part-time roles.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
