Sephora in Indianapolis is hiring a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor at Glendale Town Center offering $18.00–$20.50/hr to deliver personalised beauty consultations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised client consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual beauty needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and perform live product demonstrations to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide contemporary advice.
  • Drive sales outcomes by meeting or exceeding individual KPIs and contributing to store performance.
  • Maintain a presentable, organised and fully merchandised sales floor; support inventory management and loss-prevention practices.
  • Create an inclusive, welcoming client experience and collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive team environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety standards to ensure a secure and enjoyable shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience preferred; demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with an eagerness to learn and share expertise.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong client relationship capabilities.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
