Sephora in Indianapolis seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor at Rivers Edge. Hourly pay $18–$23/hr; consultative retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients on application and benefits.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and client follow-up.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant, timely advice.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative environment and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality or client-facing roles.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through product solutions.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality, or other client-facing experience preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology or beauty-specific certification is a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 23 per hour.
