Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Ibiza — join the Sephora team to advise customers, drive sales and develop beauty expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and actively engage customers on the sales floor, identify needs and deliver personalised product recommendations across fragrance, makeup and skincare.
- Provide expert product knowledge and demonstrations to educate customers and drive conversion and average basket value.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through attentive service, follow-up and clienteling behaviours.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and participate in promotional and merchandising initiatives.
- Maintain presentation standards on the sales floor, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising as directed.
- Participate in initial onboarding and ongoing training to expand product and brand knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in the beauty or cosmetics retail sector.
- Residence in the province of the vacant position (Ibiza) and legal eligibility to work in Spain.
- Clear customer-service vocation with proven experience in customer-facing roles.
- Passion for the beauty industry and eagerness to develop product expertise.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.

At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in the beauty or cosmetics retail sector.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
