Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate and communicate product knowledge to educate and empower clients throughout their beauty journey.
- Remain current on beauty trends, launches, techniques and brand assortments to provide relevant advice.
- Support sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual KPIs and contributing to store targets.
- Maintain merchandising standards, assist with inventory tasks, and ensure a clean, organised and welcoming selling environment.
- Promote an inclusive and collaborative store culture while adhering to company policies and safety standards.
- Be available for assigned shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain punctual attendance.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in a retail, hospitality or client-facing environment; prior beauty retail experience preferred.
- Passion for beauty, product knowledge and current industry trends.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and lasting client relationships.
- Team-oriented mindset with a goal-driven approach and strong work ethic.
- Capable of learning quickly and sharing product knowledge with colleagues.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.
