Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-on-one beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application, benefits and routines to build trust and repeat business.
- Stay current with product launches, techniques and beauty trends to provide timely, relevant advice.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling.
- Support merchandising, inventory tasks and visual standards to maintain a clean, inviting sales floor.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and contribute to exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications
- Entry-level; prior retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience preferred.

- Quick learner able to absorb and relay product knowledge effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform active retail duties.
