Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey
- Monitor industry trends and stay current with new beauty products, techniques, and services to provide relevant advice
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators within assigned targets
- Maintain store presentation through inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring a clean, organized shopping environment
