Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys
- Monitor emerging beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to provide relevant and timely advice
- Support store operations including inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere that celebrates diversity and promotes a culture of openness and empowerment
- Uphold Sephora standards by adhering to company policies and contributing to a safe, secure shopping experience
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling
Qualifications
