Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques, ingredients, and application methods
- Monitor and maintain current awareness of beauty trends, new product launches, and seasonal offerings to provide relevant advice
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling
- Support inventory management, merchandise displays, and store organization to maintain an inviting retail environment
- Promote an inclusive culture of openness and collaborate effectively with team members to accomplish shared goals
