Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance.
  • Proactively update knowledge of new product launches, techniques and beauty trends to maintain relevancy.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain store presentation, merchandising and inventory standards to ensure a clean, organised and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail-floor duties for extended periods.
