Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services in the Beauty Studio (makeup application, waxing, false eyelash application and other services on Sephora’s menu) while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Drive sales and service KPIs by recommending and selling products, rebooking clients for follow-up services and converting consultations into purchases.
- Provide personalized client consultations, educate customers on product usage and beauty trends, and build long-term client relationships.
- Ensure all required professional licenses remain active and comply with local health, safety and company protocols.
- Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented store culture and adhere to Sephora’s operational standards and policies.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services are provided.
- 1–3 years’ experience in a similar beauty services role or in retail, hospitality or customer-facing service environments.
- Demonstrated product knowledge across makeup and skincare and a strong awareness of current beauty trends and techniques.
- Ability to meet scheduling requirements and maintain punctual attendance for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–3 years of hands-on experience in beauty services or in a retail/hospitality customer-facing role, with demonstrated ability to deliver personalized service and meet sales/service objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetician or related certification is advantageous.

Compensation
