Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that meet each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients throughout their beauty journeys.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches, and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support store merchandising, inventory tasks, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture and uphold Sephora’s service and safety standards.
- Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent client service in retail, hospitality, or other client-focused settings preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering client confidence.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge with clients and colleagues.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail floor duties.
- Availability consistent with part-time scheduling requirements (typically 15–29 hours/week).

Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to deliver strong customer service and build client relationships is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
