Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and applications
- Monitor and communicate current beauty trends, new product launches, and seasonal offerings to maintain relevant client advice
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by management
- Maintain inventory accuracy, execute merchandising standards, and ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Cultivate an inclusive and collaborative team culture that empowers all team members and celebrates diversity
- Uphold Sephora policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all clients
- Accommodate flexible scheduling including evening, weekend, and holiday availability during peak retail periods
Qualifications
