Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor in Honolulu, HI. Join Sephora to deliver personalized beauty consultations and drive sales (hourly $19.80–$22.90).
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients on application and routines.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding store KPIs and individual sales goals.
- Support merchandising, inventory control and visual standards to maintain a clean, organized and on-brand shopping environment.
- Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture, assisting colleagues and participating in store initiatives.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming client experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment preferred.
- Genuine passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Reliable availability for nights, weekends and holiday peak periods; meet required shift/hours minimums.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail duties.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
