Sephora Honolulu (Waikiki) seeks a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor—deliver consultations and sell prestige beauty ($19.80–$26.00/hr).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate deep product expertise to educate clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance solutions.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual and store KPIs through consultative selling.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, attractive sales floor.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment that supports Sephora’s standards and customer experience policies.
  • Be available for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holiday periods; meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
