Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and personalized customer experience by understanding and embracing individual needs.
- Inspire customers with creativity, passion, and knowledge of iconic beauty brands.
- Utilize e-commerce platforms and digital innovations to enhance the omni-channel customer experience.
- Maintain a pristine store environment and ensure it is fully stocked, contributing to operational excellence.
- Foster a collaborative team culture to achieve sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Engage in continuous learning and development through training and new project opportunities.
Qualifications
- Confidence in serving international customers with proficiency in English.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in beauty, fashion retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Passion and knowledge about current beauty trends, products, and skincare.
- Team-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in beauty, fashion retail, or FMCG is required. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Beauty Advisor position.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China.
