Sephora Holyoke, MA seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor. Hourly $18–$23/hr; deliver personalized consultations and expert product recommendations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized in-store consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise through makeup and skincare application, product demonstrations, and education.
  • Consistently pursue and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Support inventory processes and merchandising standards to maintain a clean, organized and visually compelling sales floor.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and techniques to offer relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships and foster loyalty.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety and loss-prevention procedures to ensure a secure shopping environment.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

  • Prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred; strong service orientation required.
